Automatic refuelling systems

Individual quote

An automatic transfer system for any food-grade or chemical liquid. It is used wherever the liquid in a target tank has to be kept at a constant level, fed from other storage tanks.

Key technical parameters and features:

the system automatically refuels the target tank and keeps its level at a fixed, preset value
it fills the target tank from another storage tank or a set of tanks
it merges the external storage tanks into one whole - it creates a single large storage tank
it switches suction between the storage tanks: when the first one runs out, it switches to the second one and so on
it measures the amount of liquid in the storage tanks and in the target tank
it sends data to the server - current and historical levels, reports to download, full control and protection against theft
SMS/email alarms and notifications: low level, incorrect temperature, leak, theft, no GSM signal
Control Box systems are autonomous and self-sufficient - they do not need a GSM network (the internet) to work properly
a GSM network (the internet) is needed as an additional option, in order to manage liquid stores remotely
